TrackzyPro is an offline-first expense tracker. The numbers you record, the receipts you snap, and the reminders you set live on your device — not on our servers. This policy explains exactly what the app accesses and why.
Privacy · At a glance FREE
Stored on your device. Your expenses, categories, attachments and settings are saved locally. We don't keep a copy.
Never sold, never shared. We do not sell your data or share it with other companies or organizations.
Access only when needed. Photos, audio, calendar and files are used only for the specific feature you choose to use.
You're in control. Delete any entry, reset all data, or uninstall the app to remove everything at any time.
Information We Collect
TrackzyPro does not require an account, a login, or any sign-up. The app works with information in three ways: data you enter, content you choose to attach, and device features you give it permission to use.
Information you provide
To track your spending, you enter details such as:
- Expense and income amounts, dates, and categories
- Optional notes, titles, or descriptions for each entry
- Budgets and recurring-expense settings
- App preferences, such as your selected currency and theme
Photos and videos
When you attach a receipt or image to an expense, the app accesses the specific photo you select from your device through the system photo picker. TrackzyPro only uses the images you explicitly choose — it does not scan, browse, or upload the rest of your photo library.
Audio files (voice or sound recordings)
TrackzyPro is introducing the ability to attach a voice note to an expense (for example, a quick spoken reminder of what a purchase was for). When you use this feature, the audio you record or select is saved together with the relevant expense on your device. This capability may not be active in every version of the app and is described here in advance of its rollout.
Calendar (calendar events)
With your permission, the app reads and writes calendar events so it can create reminders for upcoming bills, budget limits, and recurring expenses, and keep those reminders in sync with your calendar.
Files and documents
The app accesses files on your device when you import or export your data — for instance, exporting your records to a CSV or backup file, or importing an existing file. This is used only for the import/export and backup actions you start yourself.
How We Use Your Information
The information above is used purely to make the app's features work for you:
- To record and organize your expenses, income, and budgets
- To let you attach receipts and voice notes to your entries
- To send you the reminders you set up through your calendar and notifications
- To import, export, and back up your data when you choose to
- To remember your preferences, like your theme and currency
How Your Data Is Stored & Secured
TrackzyPro is an offline-first application. Your expense records, attachments, and settings are stored in the app's local database on your device. The app does not transmit your financial records to TrackzyPro servers, and there is no cloud account behind it.
Because your data lives on your device, its security is closely tied to your device's own protections. We recommend keeping your device secured with a screen lock, keeping your operating system up to date, and using your device's backup tools if you want a copy of your data. While we take reasonable steps to protect information handled by the app, no method of electronic storage is ever completely secure.
App Permissions
TrackzyPro only requests the permissions needed for features you use. Each one can be granted or revoked at any time from your device's Settings; revoking a permission simply disables the related feature.

Third-Party Services
TrackzyPro relies on standard features provided by your device's operating system — such as the system photo picker, calendar, and file picker — to access the content described above. Your use of those system features is also governed by your device manufacturer's and operating system's own privacy terms.
The app is distributed through Google Play; your download and installation are subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. If a future version of TrackzyPro introduces additional third-party services (for example optional cloud backup or analytics), this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe them before they are used.
Data Retention & Deletion
Because your data is stored locally, it is kept on your device until you remove it. You are always in control:
- Delete individual entries directly within the app
- Reset all data using the reset option in the app's Settings
- Uninstall the app to remove its locally stored data from your device
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA — including the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Because TrackzyPro stores your data locally on your device with no account, you can exercise these rights directly: you can view, edit, export, and delete your information at any time from within the app. If you have questions about your rights, you can reach us using the contact details below.
Children's Privacy
TrackzyPro is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us so it can be addressed.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated through the app or its Google Play listing. Your continued use of TrackzyPro after an update means you accept the revised policy.
